Hi, I'm Eric!

My approach to residential real estate is simple: understand what matters to you and help you make smart, confident decisions to get there. I pride myself on being direct, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my clients. Buying or selling a home is a big moment in life, and my goal is to make the process clear, strategic, and enjoyable from start to finish.

I moved to Colorado in 2000 planning to stay for just one year, and like a lot of people, I fell in love with Denver and never left. I now live in City Park South with my wife and our two boys, and I have lived in central Denver neighborhoods including Congress Park, City Park, Capitol Hill, and the Highlands over the past 26 years. Living in all of these neighborhoods has given me a deep, practical understanding of how they actually function, not just how they look on a map.


Professionally, I focus on Denver’s central neighborhoods while serving clients throughout the entire metro area. Every client and every transaction is different, and I tailor my advice and strategy to match your goals, your timeline, and your comfort level with risk, always with honesty and clarity.


When I am not working with clients, you will usually find me snowboarding, hiking, camping, or spending time with my family. And when we get the chance to get away, Puerto Vallarta has become our favorite home away from home.
